Setup	Setup will begin at 10:15 AM; please have your spot set up no later than 11:30 AM. There is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the market area. LRNow will have volunteers on hand to help carry supplies, but please feel free to bring anything you need to accommodate carrying your items.
Vendor Spot	You will be responsible for the setup and clean up of your 10×10 space. You must supply your own table, chairs, and pop-up tent if you choose to use one.
Location	LRNow will assign locations to each vendor and share the layout and map closer to the event date; please note there is a turf area and a grass area.
Electricity	There are a few areas where electric hookups are available. Please note in your application if you would like to be considered for these spots and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee.
Plastic Policy	Please refrain from using single-use plastics at the LRNow Eco Market when possible (e.g. plastic bags, plastic packaging). We will encourage attendees to bring their own reusable bags and we will have some to giveaway and sell on-site.
Outside Food	Bringing your own food onto New Realm property is prohibited. There will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Breakdown	Breakdown will not begin until 4:00 PM. Failure to follow this will result in possible exclusion from future events.
