Back Bay Winter Wildfowl Tram Tour
Date: February 27, Sunday
Where: Back Bay NWR Visitor Center - 4005 Sandpiper Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456
Time: 9 am - 12:30 pm
Join LRNow at the Back Bay NWR for a scenic guided tram tour to observe the array of wintering wildfowl and native wildlife while learning about the history of the area.  You won’t want to miss this unique opportunity to view the Tundra Swans and numerous duck species. The tram is an open-air vehicle so please plan for the weather and dress warm and comfortable.  Be sure to bring your binoculars and cameras and a warm drink.
Entrance Fee: There is no entrance fee from November 1 – March 31 so participants can drive right through the gate to the parking lot

To protect the safety of participants and staff: 1) Participant numbers may be limited based on current COVID guidelines. 2) Participants MUST wear a face covering on the tram. 3) Participants cannot attend the tour if they have any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
